Software Trial. (a) The Software may be downloaded and used on a trial basis, at the Licensor’s sole and absolute discretion, free of charge after the Commencement Date. (b) In exchange for using the Software on a trial basis, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
