Common use of Software Updates and Patches Clause in Contracts

Software Updates and Patches. The Supplier takes security extremely seriously. By default all the Supplier servers are configured to check and install the latest critical software updates from Microsoft every day at between 23:00 and 05:00 (GMT) and will reboot the server if necessary. The User may request a change in this time but it is a breach of the Supplier Terms and Conditions to disable this feature. If the Supplier finds that this feature has been disabled, the User’s servers/s will immediately be removed from the network.
