SOFTWARE UPDATES/SERVICE. The Contractor shall provide Software Service and updates in accordance with the manufacturer’s latest established service procedures, to include telephone access to technical support for use of program software and trouble shooting of the operating systems, at no additional cost to the Government. The contractor shall receive advance approval for the installation of all software updates and revisions from the Government. Defective software shall be replaced at no additional cost to the government. The Contractor shall provide unlimited clinical technical telephone support (24hrs/day, 7 days/week) for trouble-shooting for the instrument and clinical application support (M-F 8am- 9pm), excluding Federal holidays.

SOFTWARE UPDATES/SERVICE. 7.1.1.1 The Supplier shall deliver to Partner any and all Software Updates. Software Updates shall be delivered and installed by the Supplier as an integral part of the Remedial Maintenance Services at no extra charge. The installation of any Software Update shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 7 below.

The Contractor must also diagnose and mitigate issues between system software and hardware to ensure equipment is fully operational. The Contractor shall provide an electronic report to the TPOC per the within one (1) day after successful performance of software updates. This report must also include the reason for the updates, and any effect it may have on equipment operation.
