Software Upgrade Fees. (a) Except as to costs in the circumstances referred to in Article 13.2(e)(i), PARTNER. shall offer all new software upgrades to TELKOM once they are developed and provide TELKOM with a quote for the fee for the software only. TELKOM may at its sole discretion decide to accept or decline each upgrade.
