The characteristics of the soil of the Property, as described by the Soil Conservation Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture in the Soil Survey Book of the District of Columbia (Area 11), published in July, 1976, and as shown on the soil maps of the District of Columbia at the back of that publication is Urban Land.
