Common use of Sole Allowance Clause in Contracts

Sole Allowance. An Employee who is the only person employed under this Agreement in one of the below listed classifications, shall be paid, in addition to their appropriate rate, an allowance per week at the rate of 5% of the weekly wage of a UG1 grade 1, first year of experience: a. Exercise Physiologist b. Music Therapist c. Occupational Therapist d. Orthoptist
