Common use of Sole Compensation Clause in Contracts

Sole Compensation. Payments under this Article are Contractor’s sole compensation under this contract. Contractor must not incur expenses not contemplated under the Statement of Work, with the expectation that the PUCT or the state of Texas will pay or approve payment of the expense.
