SOLICITATION OF MEMBERSHIP. 1. The Company will introduce the Senior ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to each new hire or recall from layoff. 2. There shall be no solicitation of employees for union membership or collection of union dues, fines or assessments on Company property during work time of any employee. However, solicitation activities may occur during the employees’ free time.
