Common use of Solid Waste Collection Data Clause in Contracts

Solid Waste Collection Data. a) The Contractor shall provide to the Village and SWALCO, on a quarterly basis, a report on the quantity, in tons, of: (i) Municipal Waste collected within the Village, (ii) Recyclable Materials collected within the Village, and (iii) Landscape Waste/Food Scraps collected within the Village. The Contractor shall also provide data to the Village on the amount of electronic devices collected from the Village’s drop-off program. b) The Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Village, at least once every 12 calendar months, a breakdown, by number and type, of the Residential Customers in the Village. c) The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Village will provide program data and other public information to each Residential Customer upon request.

The Contractor shall also provide data to the Village on the amount of electronic devices collected from the Village’s dropstreet-off side program. b) The Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Village, at least once every 12 calendar months, a breakdown, by number and type, of the Residential Customers residential service levels chosen by the customers in the Village. c) The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Village will provide program data and other public information to each Residential Customer upon request.
