Common use of Solid Waste Collection Clause in Contracts

Solid Waste Collection. Contractor shall provide commercial Customers with the option of selecting solid waste bin sizes ranging from one (1) to eight (8) cubic yards, or 32-gallon, 64-gallon or 96-gallon carts. Contractor shall provide commercial Customers with bin service the option to select their preferred frequency of solid waste collection ranging from one (1) to five (5) times per week.

Contractor shall provide commercial Commercial Customers with bin service the option to select their preferred frequency of solid waste collection ranging from one (1) to five (5) times per week.
