Common use of Solid Waste Collection Clause in Contracts

Solid Waste Collection. 1. Solid waste collection shall be provided upon request on the effective date of this Agreement. The collection of refuse from individual properties shall be made in accordance with the usual Sanitation Department scheduling. 2. As development commences in these areas, sufficient solid waste collection will be provided to furnish the level of services consistent with the characteristics of topography, land utilization, and population density of the areas. 3. Upon ultimate development, solid waste collection will be provided at a level consistent with other similarly situated areas within the city limits.

The collection of refuse from individual properties shall be made in accordance with the usual Sanitation Department scheduling. 2. As development commences in these areas, sufficient solid waste collection will be provided to furnish the level of services consistent with the characteristics of topography, land utilization, and population density of the areas. 3. Upon ultimate development, solid waste collection will be provided at a level consistent with other similarly situated areas within the city limits.

The collection of refuse from individual properties shall be made in accordance with the usual Sanitation Department scheduling. 2. As development commences and construction commence in these areas, sufficient solid waste collection will be provided to furnish the level of services consistent with the characteristics of topography, land utilization, this property and population density of increases to the areas. 3. Upon ultimate developmentproperty level, solid waste collection will shall be provided at a level consistent to this property in accordance with other similarly situated areas within the city limitscurrent policies of the City as to frequency, changes and so forth.
