Common use of SOUND CHECK Clause in Contracts

SOUND CHECK. The presenter will arrange for a 45mins sound check, as close as possible to the starting time of the concert, usually to begin approximately 2 hours before concert time. Focussed lighting, with a combination of ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ and pink/red. House lights should be down before artists enter on stage and stay down during performance. There should be no audience seats on stage without prior consent of the artist or the artist’s agent.
