Sources Furnished by the Department. Sources furnished by the Department will be made available to the Design-Builder together with the right to use such property as may be required for a plant site, stockpiles, and haul roads. The Design-Builder shall confine his Excavation operations to those areas of the property specified in the Contract. The Design-Builder shall be responsible for Excavation that shall be performed in order to furnish the specified Material.

Authorization of BISYS to act as Transfer Agent for the Trust. (d) A copy of the most recent independent accountants' report relating to internal accounting control systems as filed with the Commission pursuant to Rule 17Ad-13 under the Exchange Act.
