Space Availability. GTE will notify Pathnet within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the completed application form and non-refundable engineering fee if space is available at the selected wire center or access tandem. If space is not available, GTE will notify Pathnet in writing. Space availability and reservation shall be determined in accordance with Section 5.
