Space Availability. GTE will notify US Dial Tone within fifteen (15) days following receipt of the completed application form and non-refundable engineering fee if space is available at the selected wire center or access tandem. If space is not available, GTE will notify US Dial Tone in writing. Space availability and reservation shall be determined in accordance with Section 5.
