Space Preferences. If CLEC-1 has previously requested and received a Space Availability Report for the Premises, CLEC-1 may submit up to three (3) space preferences on their application identifying specific space identification numbers as referenced on the Space Availability Report. In the event that BellSouth can not accommodate the CLEC-1's preference(s), CLEC-1 may elect to accept the space allocated by BellSouth or may cancel its application and submit another application requesting additional preferences, which will be treated as a new application and an application fee will apply.
