Common use of Space Preferences Clause in Contracts

Space Preferences. If PTLLC has previously requested and received a Space Availability Report for the BellSouth Premises, PTLLC may submit up to three (3) space preferences on its application by identifying the specific space identification numbers referenced on the Space Availability Report for the space it is requesting. In the event BellSouth cannot accommodate the PTLLC's preference(s), PTLLC may accept the space allocated by BellSouth or cancel its application and submit another application requesting additional space preferences for the same central office. This application will be treated as a new application and an application fee will apply. The application fee will be billed by BellSouth on the date that BellSouth provides PTLLC with an application Response.
