Special Procedures. Any grievance based upon administrative action above the building level shall be submitted to the appropriate administrator under the Superintendent of Schools through the building principal. The appropriate administrative officer shall conduct a hearing on such grievances within ten (10) days and shall render his/her decision in writing five (5) days after concluding the hearing.
