Special rule: Pipefitter. In the case of heavy industry work, the employer shall designate a group leader when it employs more than 2 pipefitters on the same job site. A group leader may perform the duties related to his trade until he has 5 employees from this trade under his supervision. A group leader does not have the authority to hire or impose disciplinary measures on another employee. An apprentice may not act as group leader.
