Group Leader Clause Samples

The Group Leader clause designates a specific party or entity to act as the primary representative or coordinator for a group involved in an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of the Group Leader, such as communicating with the other party on behalf of the group, making collective decisions, or managing administrative tasks. By centralizing authority and communication through one leader, the clause streamlines interactions and ensures that the group acts cohesively, reducing confusion and inefficiency in multi-party arrangements.
