Special Rules for Eligible Automatic Contribution Arrangement (EACA). If the Plan provides for an automatic deferral election provision under AA §6A-6 and such automatic deferral election qualifies as an EACA, the Employer may elect to offer special permissible withdrawals (as set forth in subsection (i) below). To qualify as an EACA, the Plan must satisfy the provisions of subsection (2) for the entire Plan Year.
