Specific Exceptions. Nothing in Chapter 2 (Investment Protection) shall apply to non-discriminatory measures of general application taken by any public entity in pursuit of monetary policy or exchange rate policy. This Article shall not affect a Party's obligations under Article 2.8 (Transfer).
