Specific Functions. The Leadership Committee is charged with overseeing this IMA which function includes, where appropriate or required, authorization, review and approval of: a. Derivative Agreements, except for Limited Party Agreements, and amendments to or termination of Derivative Agreements, except for Limited Party Agreements, entered into pursuant to Section 11, in order to address routine, procedural or operational elements of this IMA; b. Final interpretations of this IMA and Derivative Agreements for matters referred to it by the Regional Committee or when dispute resolution has been invoked; c. Action on issues covered by this IMA and Derivative Agreements that have a potential policy or fiscal impact on the Parties, or on the capability of Blue Plains to effectively provide wastewater treatment; and d. Other duties as set forth in this IMA.
