Specific Measures. Measure Description

Specific Measures. All terms of this AGREEMENT are subject to monitoring and verification; however, Recovery must have available for the DEPARTMENT’S inspection records to support performance of those measures outlined in Article I herein.

Specific Measures. In particular, Daktela has adopted and maintains the following measures to ensure an adequate level of security: a) pseudonymisation and encryption of Personal Data; b) the ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services - the measures in place and their correct functioning will be regularly controlled; c) the ability to restore the availability of and access to Personal Data in a timely manner in the event of physical or technical incidents; d) a process for regularly testing, assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of the technical and organisational measures in place to ensure the security of processing; e) other measures as set out in Part B of the Processing Terms.

Specific Measures. In particular, the Provider has adopted and maintains the following measures to ensure an adequate level of security: a) pseudonymisation and encryption of personal data; b) the ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services - the measures in place and their correct functioning will be regularly controlled; c) the ability to restore the availability of and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of physical or technical incidents; d) a process for regularly testing, assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of the technical and organisational measures in place to ensure the security of processing; e) prevention of unauthorised persons from gaining access to personal data and prevention that personal data will be used without authorization; f) persons authorized to process personal data have access only to those personal data they need and are authorized to access, and that personal data cannot be read, copied, altered or removed without authorisation during processing; g) personal data cannot be modified or deleted without authorisation during electronic transmission, transport or storage, and that the recipient entities for any transfer can be established and verified; h) all accesses to personal data are logged (entry control); i) personal data are processed only in accordance with instructions; j) personal data are not exposed to the Customer by default in the MobileApp, but only on request from the Customer.

Specific Measures. Measure Description Measures of pseudonymisation and encryption of personal data • Data at rest encrypted using AES-256 algorithm. • Employee laptops are encrypted using full disk AES-256 encryption. • HTTPS encryption on every web login interface, using industry standard algorithms and certificates. • Secure transmission of credentials using by default TLS 1.2. • Access to operational environments requires use of secure protocols such as HTTPS. • Data that resides in Amazon Web Services (AWS) encrypted at rest as stated in AWS' documentation and whitepapers. The audit shall be completed by an independent third-party. Upon Customer’s written request, Lattice will provide a summary copy (on a confidential basis) of the most recent resulting annual audit report, so that Customer can verify Lattice’s compliance with the audit standards against which it has been assessed and this DPA. Although that report provides an independently audited confirmation of Lattice’s security posture annually, the most common points of interest are further detailed below. Lattice shall provide Customer with this initial evidence of compliance within thirty (30) days of written request and annually upon written request. • Lattice shall continue to annually engage an independent, third-party to perform a web application penetration test. Upon Customer’s written request, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide the executive summary of the report to Customer. Lattice shall address all medium, critical and severe vulnerabilities in the findings of the report within a reasonable, risk-based timeframe. Specific Measures. In accordance with this MOU the Authority will implement the specific measures described more fully in Exhibit A to limit the GHG emissions generated by the operation of the Airport, and particularly the implementation of the AMP (“Specific Measures”), following these principles: a. Specific Measures will be implemented in a manner that does not disrupt the on-going operations of the Airport; violate federal law, regulations, or an FAA policy or rule published in the Federal Register after an opportunity for public notice and comment; interfere with the directions or instructions of an FAA air traffic controller; or compromise the safety of the traveling public, the airport, or aircraft. If the Airport believes that a Specific Measure cannot be implemented consistent with this provision, than it shall notify the Attorney General, and the parties shall confer in good faith. b. Subject to the other applicable provisions of this MOU, each Specific Measure shall be implemented to the extent that such measure produces a meaningful net reduction in GHG emissions that otherwise would result from the construction of the AMP or operations at the Airport. If the Airport believes that a Specific Measure will not produce a meaningful net reduction in GHG emissions, it shall notify the Attorney General, and the parties shall confer in good faith. The parties shall seek to agree upon an alternative or modified Specific Measure that achieves a meaningful net reduction in GHG emissions for approximately the same cost to the Authority as the original measure. Alternatively, by mutual agreement, a Specific Measure may be omitted.
