Common use of Specific Performance Clause in Contracts

Specific Performance. Each of the parties hereto recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it of any covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will cause the other party to sustain damages for which it would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages, and therefore each of the parties hereto agrees that in the event of any such breach the aggrieved party shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Specific Performance. Each of the parties hereto recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it of any covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will cause the other party to sustain damages for which it would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages, and therefore each of the parties hereto agrees that in the event of any such breach the aggrieved party shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Each of the parties Parties hereto recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it any of the Parties hereto of any covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will cause the other party Parties to sustain damages for which it such Parties would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages, and therefore each of the parties Party hereto agrees that in the event of any such breach the aggrieved party other Parties shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it such Parties may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Specific Performance. Each of the parties hereto recognizes acknowledges and acknowledges agrees that a breach by it the other party would be damaged irreparably in the event any of any the covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will cause the other party to sustain damages for which it would are not have an adequate remedy at law for money damagesperformed in accordance with their specific terms or otherwise are breached. Accordingly, and therefore each of the parties hereto agrees that in the event of any such breach the aggrieved other party shall be entitled to an injunction or injunctions to prevent breaches of the remedy of specific performance of such covenants contained in this Agreement and agreements to enforce specifically this Agreement and injunctive and other equitable relief the covenants contained herein in any action properly instituted, in addition to any other remedy to which it such other party may be entitled, entitled under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Specific Performance. Each of the parties hereto recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it of any covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will cause the other party to sustain damages for which it would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages, and therefore each of the parties hereto agrees that in the event of any such breach the aggrieved party shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled, at law or in equity.at

Specific Performance. Each of the parties hereto recognizes and acknowledges that a material breach by it of any covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will could cause the other party to sustain damages for which it would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages, and therefore each of the parties hereto agrees that in the event of any such breach the aggrieved party shall be entitled to seek the remedy of specific specified performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Specific Performance. Each of the parties hereto Party recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it such Party of any covenants or agreements contained in this Release Agreement will cause the other party Parties to sustain damages for which it such other Parties would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages, and therefore each of the parties hereto Party agrees that in the event of any such breach breach, the aggrieved party other Parties shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it such other Parties may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Specific Performance. Each of the parties hereto recognizes and -------------------- acknowledges that a breach by it of any covenants or agreements contained in this Voting Agreement will cause the other party to sustain damages for which it would not have an adequate remedy at law for money money, damages, and therefore each of the parties hereto agrees that in the event of any such breach the aggrieved party shall be entitled to the remedy of specific specified performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Each of the parties hereto recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it of any covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will cause the other party parties to sustain damages for which it would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages, and therefore each of the parties hereto agrees that in the event of any such breach the aggrieved party parties shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it they may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Specific Performance. Each of the parties hereto recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it of any covenants or agreements provision contained in this Agreement will cause the other party to sustain damages damage for which it would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages, and therefore each of the parties hereto agrees that in the event of any such breach breach, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements agreement and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Each of the parties Party hereto recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it of any covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will may cause the other party Parties to sustain damages for which it such Parties would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages, and therefore each of the parties Party hereto agrees that in the sole event of any such breach the aggrieved party other Parties shall be entitled to seek the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it such Parties may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Specific Performance. Each of the parties hereto recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it of any covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will cause the other party to sustain damages for which it would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages, and therefore each of the parties hereto agrees that in the event of any such breach the aggrieved party shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled, at law or in equity.. Each of the parties hereto Debentureholder hereby recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it of any covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will cause the other party parties to sustain damages for which it they would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages, and therefore each of the parties hereto Debentureholder agrees that in the event of any such breach the aggrieved party shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Specific Performance. Each of the parties hereto recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it of any covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will cause the other party to sustain damages for which it would not have an adequate remedy at law for money money, damages. Therefore, and therefore each of the parties hereto agrees that in the event of any such breach breach, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief (without posting bond) in addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Each of the parties hereto Party recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it of any covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will cause the other party Parties to sustain damages for which it such other Parties would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages, and therefore each of the parties hereto Party agrees that that, in the event of any such breach the aggrieved party breach, such other Parties shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it such Parties may be entitled, entitled at law or in equity.

Each of the parties hereto recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by it of any covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement will cause the other party to sustain damages for which it would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages. Therefore, and therefore each of the parties hereto agrees that in the event of any such breach breach, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance of such covenants and agreements and injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled, at law or in equity.
