Common use of Specific Positions Clause in Contracts

Specific Positions. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Employer will employ Employee and Employee will serve Employer as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Employer. Employee shall perform such usual and customary duties of such offices as are set forth in the Bylaws of Employer or that may be delegated to Employee from time to time by the Board of Directors of Employer (the “Board”), subject always to the policies as reasonably determined from time to time by the Board. Such responsibilities will include among other duties preparation of annual strategic, financial and operating plans, and the holding of Employer’s annual stockholder meeting.
