Establishment of Committees. The Union and the Employer acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from joint consultation and hereby approve the establishment of Labour-Management Committees in appropriate local work units and one on a Provincial basis.
Establishment of Committees. The University will appoint and maintain a Committee to be known as the Management Committee, one member of which shall be designated “Chairperson”. The Union, will appoint a Bargaining Committee consisting of not more than five (5) members of the Union. The Union will advise the University of the names of the Union members of this Committee.

Establishment of Committees. As a means of securing effective cooperation, exchange of information and orderly management of the Alliance, the Parties agree that oversight and governance of the Alliance will be provided by an Executive Committee and an Operating Committee shall be established for oversight of operational matters as set forth below:
Establishment of Committees. The Managers, by a resolution adopted by the affirmative vote of all of the Managers, may establish committees, consisting of one (1) or more persons appointed by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Managers, and having the authority of the Managers in the management of the business of the Company only to the extent provided in such resolution, and the Managers may delegate to any such committee or committees any and all authority that the Managers deems desirable and to the extent authorized under the Act. Committees other than any special litigation committee are subject at all times to the direction and control and serve at the pleasure of the Managers.
Establishment of Committees. AstraZeneca and Prometheus will establish a strategic oversight committee (the "Oversight Committee") comprised of eight (8) representatives. AstraZeneca shall appoint four (4) representatives to such committee and Prometheus shall appoint four (4) representatives. The Oversight Committee shall meet Quarterly in the first twelve (12) months of this Agreement and thereafter every six (6) months, and otherwise as requested by AstraZeneca or Prometheus to review, coordinate and monitor performance under the Marketing Plan, to review Prometheus changes to the annual Marketing Plan and to discuss other significant or strategic management issues regarding the operation of this Agreement. AstraZeneca and Prometheus will also establish an Operations Committee (the "Operations Committee"), which will consist of six (6) representatives; three (3) shall be appointed by AstraZeneca and three (3) representatives shall be appointed by Prometheus. The Operations Committee shall meet as required in the Interim Period and, following the First Sales Booking Date, shall meet no less than monthly in the first Sales Year and thereafter Quarterly to review and address operational issues with regard to the performance of this Agreement, including Manufacturing and supply issues. Each Party may replace any of its designees to a committee at any time by giving written notice to the other Party. The initial members and the co-chairpersons of the Oversight Committee and the Operations Committee are set out in Schedule V (Oversight and Operations Committees). Each Party shall be responsible for all of its own expenses of participating in any committee. Meetings of any committee may be held by audio or video teleconference with the consent of each Party.
Establishment of Committees. 1. The following committees established by the International Natural Rubber Agreement, 1979, shall continue in being: (a) Committee on Administration; (b) Committee on Buffer Stock Operations; (c) Committee on Statistics; and (d) Committee on Other Measures. Additional committees may also be established by special vote of the Council. 2. Each committee shall be responsible to the Council. The Council shall, by special vote, determine the membership and terms of reference of each committee.
Establishment of Committees. The Company and the Bank hereby establish two committees to, in addition to the Managers (described in Section 3.3(a) below), oversee and review the conduct of the Program pursuant to this Agreement and perform any other action that, pursuant to any express provision of this Agreement (including Section 3.2(d)(ii)(D)), requires the committee’s action: (i) a Strategic Operating Committee (the “Strategic Operating Committee”) and (ii) a Marketing Committee (the “Marketing Committee”).

The compensation committee shall propose the terms of the Company’s share incentive plans, and all grants of awards thereunder (including the ESOP), to the Board for approval and adoption by the Board and the Shareholders, shall have the power and authority to administer the Company’s share incentive plans (including the ESOP) and to grant options thereunder, and approve all management compensation levels and arrangements, and shall have such other powers and authorities as the Board shall delegate to it. The audit committee shall select the auditors of the Company and approve the scope of the Company’s annual audit, and shall have such other powers and authorities as the Board shall delegate to it. The nomination committee shall determine candidates and make recommendations to the Board on the selection and appointment of executive officers of the Group Companies, and shall have such other powers and authorities as the Board shall delegate to it. The strategy committee shall consider investment proposals, including proposals for business expansion, and shall have such other powers and authorities as the Board shall delegate to it.
