SPECIFIC TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBSTATION. The proposed 765/400 kV Jamnagar S/S and extension of 400 kV Jam Khambhaliya S/S shall be Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) type generally conforming to the requirements of CEA (Technical Standards for Construction of Electrical Plants and Electric Lines) Regulations 2022, as amended from time to time. Other CEA Regulations/guidelines and MoP guidelines, as applicable, shall also be followed. Extension of 765 kV Halvad S/S shall be conventional AIS type generally conforming to the requirements of CEA (Technical Standards for Construction of Electrical Plants and Electric Lines) Regulations 2022, as amended from time to time. Other CEA Regulations/guidelines and MoP guidelines, as applicable, shall also be followed.
