SPECIFIC TERMS APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS. The following additional Terms and Conditions are applicable only to Products purchased by Customer from Company. To the extent of a conflict between the Terms and Conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Section 6, with respect to Products only, the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Section 6 shall control.
