Specific Use Restrictions. The licenses granted in Section 1.1 are subject to the restrictions and obligations of Licensee set forth in this Agreement, including, without limitation, the following: a. Licensee shall not modify, enhance or change the Licensed Marks or combine a ▇▇▇▇ with another ▇▇▇▇, or use, adopt or register any marks confusingly similar to the Licensed Marks. b. Licensee shall not omit portions or use a partial version of any of the Licensed Marks. c. Licensee shall not use any of the Licensed Marks as a domain name, including, without limitation, as a sub-domain name or name of the service or company. d. Licensee shall not use the Licensed Marks: (i) in any manner that is likely to reduce, diminish or damage the goodwill, value or reputation associated with the Licensed Marks;
