Common use of Specification of Work Clause in Contracts

Specification of Work. In the event Redeveloper desires to make any material changes to the Exterior Building Façade and Rooftop Enhancements, Redeveloper shall give the City for its review and approval copies of the plans, designs, elevations, specifications and documents relating to the change or work, including specification of all materials, colors and construction techniques to be used in any such work and photographs of the subject area as it appears at the time of the request.
