Splitter Deployment. 8.2.9.6.1 New applications for installation of Splitters will be processed in the manner outlined in the Collocation Section for Cageless Collocation. 8.2.9.6.2 CLEC may submit applications for additional DS0 tie cable terminations and/or reclassification to support UNE or other services.
