Common use of Spread time Clause in Contracts

Spread time. All assignments shall be completed within a time span (spread) of twelve and one- half (12 ½) hours. Any time worked in excess of eleven (11) hours from the start of the regular workday that would not fall under the regular overtime provisions of this AGREEMENT shall be paid at the rate of time-and-one-half (1 ½) for the time in excess of eleven (11) hours. Any Operator may waive the twelve and one-half (12 ½) hour spread rule on a day-to-day basis.
