Sprint Responsibilities. Sprint will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide all of the following: A. Two hour Response Time, remote or on-site, for a Level 3 Outage. B. Access to the Sprint TAC by phone during Covered Hours. C. Sprint TAC services in accordance with recognized industry and/or manufacturer standards. D. Work-around solutions to reported Software problems as the result of Level 3 outages using generally accepted industry practices. E.
