Common use of SRI Clause in Contracts

Plot No. 95 corresponding to LR. Plot No. 223, recorded in Khatian No. 73 and land measuring 2.80 Acres forming part of R.S. Plot No.97 corresponding to LR. Plot No. 125 and recorded in Khatian Nos. 60 and 227, in total measuring 4.93 acres situated within Mouza- Baniakhari ▇. ▇. No. 55 Pargana- Patharghata, P.S.- Matigara, Sub-Division- Siliguri, under the jurisdiction of A.D.S.R.O. Bagdogra, in the District of Darjeeling, having permanent, heritable and transferable right, title and interest therein and the said land was recorded in his name in the record of eights in L.R. Khatian No. 379 from the Office of the ▇.▇. & L.R.O. Shibmandir Matigara.

Plot No. 95 No.96 corresponding to LR. L.R. Plot No. 223324, recorded in Khatian NoNos. 73 106 and 106 and land measuring 2.80 Acres 0.33 Acres, forming part of R.S. Plot No.97 corresponding to LR. L.R. Plot No. 125 and 325, recorded in Khatian NosNo. 60 and 22760, in total measuring 4.93 IN TOTAL MEASURING 2.96 acres situated within Mouza- Baniakhari Baniakhari, ▇.▇. ▇. No. 55 No.-55, Pargana- Patharghata, P.S.- Matigara, Sub-Sub- Division- Siliguri, under the jurisdiction of A.D.S.R.O. – Bagdogra, Siliguri, in the District of Darjeeling, having permanent, heritable and transferable right, title the and interest therein and the said land lend was recorded in his name in the record of eights rights in L.R. Khatian No. 379 204 from the Office office of the ▇.▇. & L.R.O. Shibmandir Shibmandir/Matigara.
