SS7. 7.4.4.1 When technically feasible and upon request by PLI, SS7 AIN Access shall be made available in association with switching. SS7 AIN Access is the provisioning of AIN 0.1 triggers in an equipped BellSouth local switch and interconnection of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ network with PLI’s SS7 network to exchange TCAP queries and responses with a PLI SCP.
7.4.4.2 SS7 AIN Access shall provide PLI SCP access to an equipped BellSouth local switch via interconnection of BellSouth's SS7 and PLI SS7 Networks. BellSouth shall offer SS7 AIN Access through its STPs. If BellSouth requires a mediation device on any part of its network specific to this form of access, BellSouth must route its messages in the same manner. The interconnection arrangement shall result in the BellSouth local switch recognizing the PLI SCP as at least at parity with BellSouth’s SCPs in terms of interfaces, performance and capabilities.

SCP.
10.4.2 SS7 AIN Access shall provide C.M. SCP access to an equipped BellSouth local switch via interconnection of BellSouth's SS7 and C.M. SS7 Networks. BellSouth shall offer SS7 AIN Access through its STPs. If BellSouth requires a mediation device on any part of its network specific to this form of access, BellSouth must route its messages in the same manner. The interconnection arrangement shall result in the BellSouth local switch recognizing the C.M. SCP as at least at parity with BellSouth’s SCPs in terms of interfaces, performance and capabilities.

SS7. A. Company will provide and implement all defined and industry supported SS7 mandatory parameters as well as procedures in accordance with ANSI standards to support SS7 signaling for call setup for the interconnection trunks. To the extent Company provides ANSI optional parameters for its own use, Company shall provide the same to TCA for TCA's review.
B. Where available, Company agrees to provide carrier identification parameter (CIP) within TCA's SS7 call set-up signaling protocol at no charge.
C. Company shall support intercompany 64 KBPS clear channel where it provides such capability to its end users.
D. The Parties will cooperate in the exchange of TCAP messages to facilitate full inter- operability of SS7-based features between their networks, including all CLASS features and functions; to the extent each Party offers such features and functions to its own end users.
SS7. 16.6.1 When technically feasible and upon request by Nexus, SS7 AIN Access shall be made available in association with switching. SS7 AIN Access is the provisioning of AIN 0.1 triggers in an equipped BellSouth local switch and interconnection of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ network with Nexus’s SS7 network to exchange TCAP queries and responses with a Nexus SCP.
16.6.2 SS7 AIN Access shall provide Nexus SCP access to an equipped BellSouth local switch via interconnection of BellSouth's SS7 and Nexus SS7 Networks. BellSouth shall offer SS7 AIN Access through its STPs. If BellSouth requires a mediation device on any part of its network specific to this form of access, BellSouth must route its messages in the same manner. The interconnection arrangement shall result in the BellSouth local switch recognizing the Nexus SCP as at least at parity with BellSouth’s SCPs in terms of interfaces, performance and capabilities.

The interconnection arrangement shall result in the BellSouth local switch recognizing the CBX One-Stop SCP as at least at parity with BellSouth’s SCPs in terms of interfaces, performance and capabilities.

10.4.2 SS7 AIN Access shall provide MTS Communications SCP access to an equipped BellSouth local switch ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇ and MTS Communications SS7 Networks. BellSouth shall offer SS7 AIN Access through its STPs. If BellSouth requires a mediation device on any part of its network specific to this form of access, BellSouth must route its messages in the same manner. The interconnection arrangement shall result in the BellSouth local switch recognizing the MTS Communications SCP as at least at parity with BellSouth’s SCPs in terms of interfaces, performance and capabilities.
SS7. SS& Out of Band Signaling (CCS/SS7) shall be the signaling of choice where technically feasible for both Parties.

If BellSouth requires a mediation device on any part of its network specific to this form of access, BellSouth must route its messages in the same manner. The interconnection arrangement shall result in the BellSouth local switch recognizing the ITC^DeltaCom SCP as at least at parity with BellSouth’s SCPs in terms of interfaces, performance and capabilities.
