Maintenance – Line Splitting Sample Clauses
The "Maintenance – Line Splitting" clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for maintaining and managing telecommunications lines that have been divided to serve multiple users or services. Typically, this clause outlines which party is responsible for the upkeep of the shared infrastructure, how maintenance costs are allocated, and the process for coordinating repairs or upgrades when issues arise. For example, if a single physical line is split to provide service to two tenants, the clause would clarify who handles routine checks and who pays for any necessary repairs. Its core function is to prevent disputes and ensure uninterrupted service by clearly assigning maintenance duties and cost-sharing arrangements for split lines.
