Common use of SS7 Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) Access Clause in Contracts

SS7 Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) Access. 7.2.2.9.1 When technically feasible and upon request by Frankfort Plant Board, SS7 Access shall be made available in association with switching. SS7 AIN Access is the provisioning of AIN 0.1 triggers in an equipped BellSouth local switch and interconnection of the BellSouth SS7 network with the Frankfort Plant Board SS7 network to exchange TCAP queries and responses with a Frankfort Plant Board SCP. 7.2.2.9.2 SS7 AIN Access shall provide Frankfort Plant Board SCP access to BellSouth local switch in association with switching via interconnection of BellSouth SS7 and Frankfort Plant Board SS7 Networks. BellSouth shall offer SS7 access through its STPs. If BellSouth requires a mediation device on any part of its network specific to this form of access, BellSouth must route its messages in the same manner. The interconnection arrangement shall result in the BellSouth local switch recognizing the Frankfort Plant Board SCP as at least at parity with BellSouth’s SCP’s in terms of interfaces, performance and capabilities.
