SSL Encryption. OARS uses a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate from a valid and reputable Certificate Authority to encrypt all web pages served from the OARS web server. In addition to having content experts review each item, focus groups with grade level teams of teachers are regularly conducted.
