Staff Availability. Each Party shall require its employees and permitted subcontractors engaged in the Research Collaboration to be reasonably available upon reasonable notice during normal business hours at their respective places of employment to consult with the other Party on issues arising during Research Collaboration and in connection with any request from any regulatory agency, including those relating to regulatory, scientific, and technical issues.
