Staff Credentials. The Mental Health Board may audit the credentials, qualifications, and supervision of all staff to ensure compliance with the requirements of DHS/DMH/DD/DRS, SUPR, DCFS, DOC, Illinois Departmental Medicaid Rules, HFS, and/or other applicable state, local, or federal regulations. The Provider shall conduct background checks on all employees and staff funded under this Agreement.
