The Staging clause defines how a project or contract will be divided into distinct phases or stages, each with its own deliverables and milestones. In practice, this means that work is completed and reviewed in segments, with payment or approval typically required before moving on to the next stage. This approach helps manage risk by ensuring that both parties are satisfied with progress before further commitments are made, and it provides a clear structure for monitoring and controlling the project's advancement.
Staging. In addition to the staging categories listed in paragraph 1 of Annex 2-A, this Schedule contains staging categories 20-A, 20-B, PR-1 and PR-130:
(a) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “20-A” shall remain at base rates during years one through 10. Beginning on January 1 of the year 11, customs duties shall be removed in ten equal annual stages, and such goods shall be duty-free, effective January 1 of year 20;
(b) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “20-B” shall remain at base rates during years one through 12. Beginning on January 1 of the year 13, customs duties shall be removed in eight equal annual stages, and such goods shall be duty-free, effective January 1 of year 20;
(c) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “PR-1” shall be reduced by one percent of the base rate on the date this Agreement enters into force; and
(d) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “PR-130” shall be reduced to 130 percent ad valorem in ten equal annual stages beginning on the date this Agreement enters into force, and such goods shall remain at 130 percent ad valorem, effective January 1 of year 10.
1. This Appendix applies to tariff rate quotas (TRQs) provided for in this Agreement and sets out modifications to the Harmonized Schedule of Korea (HSK) that reflect the TRQs that Korea shall apply to certain originating goods under this Agreement. In particular, originating goods of China included under this Appendix shall be subject to the rates of duty as set out in this Appendix in lieu of the rates of duty specified in Chapters 1-97 of the HSK. Notwithstanding any other provision of the HSK, originating goods of China in the quantities described in this Appendix shall be permitted entry into the territory of Korea as provided in this Appendix. Furthermore, any quantity of originating goods imported from China under a TRQ provided for in this Appendix shall not be counted toward the in-quota amount of any TRQ provided for such goods elsewhere in the HSK.

Staging. Our permission is required for the use of the staging. A member of GVHT must give assembly instructions prior to its use.
Staging. Staging involves proper placement, scale, and proportion of ------- any ▇▇▇▇ and how it aligns with typography and other elements. Licensee shall always surround the subject ▇▇▇▇ by the minimum preferred clear space as provided in Section 2 above. Licensee shall avoid staging any ▇▇▇▇ at the edge of a page. (c) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “A” shall remain at base rates before 1 January 2021 and be reduced to not more than 50 percent not later than 1 January 2021; and
(d) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “B-2” shall remain at base rates before 1 January 2021, and be reduced not less than by 20 percent of the Korea-ASEAN FTA’s applied MFN customs duty rates7 not later than 1 January 20218. 7 “Korea-ASEAN FTA’s applied MFN customs duty rates” means Viet Nam’s applied rates as of 1 January 2005. 8 For greater certainty, if the reduced customs duty rate in this subparagraph is higher than the base rate, the

Staging. THE ARTIST requires a clear stage during the performance. The stage area shall be free from obstructions and musical instruments belonging to other artists. Stage must be fully cleared before the commencement of the performance.
Staging. SECTION A. The category of personnel sometimes heretofore referred to as "stagers" is not deemed a separate craft and the function sometimes heretofore known as "staging" will be deemed for all purposes a directorial function.
SECTION B. The terms and conditions of employment of persons engaged by the Company in performing the aforesaid directorial function shall be governed by this Agreement and such persons will be required to comply with all provisions of this Agreement.
SECTION C. The Company will not give air credits in the form of "Staged by ______________
Staging. A. All staging required to be over eight feet in height, shall be furnished and erected by the general contractor and maintained in safe condition by him.

Staging. Purchaser at its own expense shall provide the following, all of which must be in first-class condition:
(a) One (1) grand (or baby grand) piano tuned to 440-A pitch (Steinway or Yamaha preferred);
(b) Sixteen (16) chairs on stage;
(c) Proper lighting on stage (full wash) and two (2) spotlights with operators (spotlights for concerts only);
(d) A bandstand with skirted risers / platforms in conformance with the Orchestra's standard stage plot attached hereto;
(e) Four (4) Manhasset type music stands;
(f) Jazz drum set.
Staging. It shall be the duty of the Employer to furnish proper and sufficient staging material and rigging for the safety of the men.
