Standard Containers. All of the following: (i) 20’ x 8’6”, 40’ x8’6” and 40’ x9’6” dry cargo Containers and (ii) 20’ x8’6”, 40’ x8’6” and 40’ x 9’6” refrigerated Containers.
Standard Containers. All of the following types of Containers: 20’x8’6”, 40’x8’6” and 40’x9’6” dry cargo Containers and 20’x8’6”, 40’x8’6” and 40’x9’6” refrigerated Containers, provided that the number of 40’x8’6” Containers shall not exceed 1,000 units and any amount of 40’x8’6” Containers in excess thereof shall not be deemed Standard Containers. Standard Containers. A ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may choose to sell product in the standard container defined as the “Industry Bottle” in the User Agreement. By doing so, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to adhere to the terms of the Ontario Bottle Allocation Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, in addition to the Industry Bottle, cans with a capacity of 1 litre or less are also considered standard containers.

  • Ventilation Where noxious or poisonous gases may accumulate, the City shall provide proper protection and ventilation. Proper lighting and ventilation shall be provided for all enclosed working spaces. All work in enclosed and confined spaces shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Spray painting shall be done only by qualified painters.

  • Cost Containment The Benefit Fund Trustees are directed to explore all reasonable methods of cost containment to minimize the Employer contribution obligations under the contract. In the event Medicare becomes secondary in the application of the retiree benefit plan, the Trustees will take immediate and remedial action to protect the financial integrity of the Plan.
