Common use of Standard Documents Clause in Contracts

Standard Documents. The Consultant is, or will become, familiar with the City of San ▇▇▇▇, Department of Public Works, Standard Specifications, dated July 1992 (and any amendments thereto), the City of San ▇▇▇▇, Department of Public Works, Standard Details, dated July 1992 (and any amendments thereto), and any other standard documents the City uses to design and implement its capital projects (collectively “Standard Project Documents”).
