Common use of Standard Installation Clause in Contracts

Standard Installation. Installation costs shall conform with the Cable Act. Any dwelling unit within one hundred fifty feet (150 ft.) aerial or one hundred fifty feet (150 ft.) underground of the Cable System shall be entitled to a Standard Installation rate, unless the sub- surface is a hard surface or requires boring through rock or a similar hard surface (i.e. concrete, asphalt, etc.).
