Common use of Standard Intervals Clause in Contracts

Standard Intervals. 9.10.1 CBT shall provide to Sprint access to unbundled Network Elements in accordance with the standard intervals in Schedule 9.10. 9.10.2 CBT shall provide to Sprint a quarterly report for each Reporting Period, by the twenty-second (22nd) day of the following month, in a self-reporting format, the CBT NE Records, the Sprint NE Records and the Other LEC NE Records so that the Parties can determine CBT's compliance with the CBT Network Element Standard Intervals.
