Common use of Standard of Development Clause in Contracts

Standard of Development. Gizmondo agrees that: (a) the Products shall be of the standard customary to high-quality entertainment software products in the wireless/hand held industry. and of such style, appearance and according to the Quality Standards listed in Exhibit B(b) the Products shall be developed, produced, distributed, sold licensed advertised and serviced in accordance with all applicable laws; and (c) the policy of sale, distribution, and/or exploitation by Gizmondo shall be of the equivalent standard customary to high-quality entertainment software products in the Wireless/Handheld industry.

Standard of Development.
