Common use of Standard Tenant Improvement Package Clause in Contracts

Standard Tenant Improvement Package. Landlord has established specifications (the "SPECIFICATIONS") for some of the Building standard components which Tenant may elect to construct in the Premises (collectively, the "STANDARD IMPROVEMENT PACKAGE"), which shall be available to Tenant upon request. Landlord may make changes to the Specifications and the Standard Improvement Package from time to time.
