STANDARDS OF SERVICE DELIVERY. 1. Performing Agency will make reasonable efforts to provide services that take into consideration the intellectual functioning, literacy, level of education, and comprehension ability of each DFPS Child or Client in order to present information in a way that meets their individual needs. 2. Performing Agency will provide services in the language that will best meet the Child or Client’s needs either directly by Performing Agency or by a DFPS approved translator.
