Common use of Start and End Times Clause in Contracts

Start and End Times. 19.1.1 The Parties agree that for employees in some positions, flexibility around their start and end time provides the opportunity to meet personal needs while allowing the University to meet operational needs. The following considerations are required when implementing these arrangements. 19.1.2 Employees must make a request to their OOS Manager to change their start and end time. 19.1.3 Changes for specific reasons must be mutually agreed to at least one day in advance. Frequency of changes to start and end time must be limited to have consistency in the work unit.
